World Boxing Federation
Licensed Boxing Manager · 2025 - Present
First female WBF licensed manager and manager of Slovenian world boxing champion Ema Kozin.
My work in athlete management is built on the same principles that guide my approach to communication and leadership: trust, responsibility, preparation, and long-term thinking.
I am the first woman licensed as a boxing manager by the World Boxing Federation and the exclusive manager of Ema Kozin, one of the youngest world champions in professional boxing.
My journey with Ema began eight years ago, when I supported her as a public relations representative. Over time, our collaboration grew into a broader partnership that combines athlete representation, media relations, public positioning, negotiations, partnerships, and reputation strategy. In 2025, I officially became her exclusive manager, bringing together years of experience, trust, and a deep understanding of her sporting ambitions.
My approach to athlete management is based on partnership and shared decision-making. I believe that athletes should have an active voice in decisions about their careers, while managers provide the strategic framework, negotiations, organization, and professional support needed to create sustainable opportunities.
Together with my team, I focus on building the right conditions for long-term success - from evaluating sporting opportunities and international markets to developing partnerships and protecting the athlete's professional interests.
For me, success is not defined only by victories in the ring. It is also about athlete safety, fair conditions, professional independence, financial responsibility, and creating a career structure that can grow beyond a single competition.
Ema Kozin's championship journey includes titles connected to organizations such as WBC, WBO, WBF, WIBA, IBA, WIBF, GBU, GBC, and WBU. My role is to connect those sporting achievements with responsible management, strategic communication, and a professional approach that supports both her present success and future opportunities.
As one of the few women in licensed boxing management, I also see this role as an opportunity to contribute to a more inclusive and professional environment within the sport - one where expertise, preparation, and trust define leadership.
